    I want to insure my family member!

    There are companies where a family member can join the insurance group, some where only the adult can, some where this is not possible. However, we will certainly cover the family’s health. Contact one of our customer service representatives directly, without waiting!

      Reporting a complaint about insurance services

      When you work, you make mistakes. Every insurer has a dedicated person to help you deal with any momentary disruption. Your health comes first! To ensure prompt service, please report your complaint to us and we will be happy to help you with any disruption!

        Billing and settlement issues with insurers

        Insurance companies typically wait until the 20th of each month to report changes for the following month, in the usual format. For most insurers, we forward this to them to minimise the possibility of error.

        The following month’s bill will already include the premium difference if these changes are received in time. If it is received later, however, it will not. In such cases, subsequent invoices will usually include the fee difference retroactively.

        For policies managed as actual group insurance, premiums will not follow the changes as long as the fluctuation is within 5%. Settlement is made when the no-claims bonus is calculated at the end of the year.
